Duct Cleaning & Sealing

Clear the Dust, Breathe the Difference

Your air ducts are the lungs of your home. Every time your heater or air conditioner runs, it pulls air in and pushes it out through this network of pipes. Over time, dust, pollen, pet dander, and even construction debris accumulate inside, circulating back into your living space 5 to 7 times a day. At Lee's Heating & Air Conditioning, we use advanced "negative pressure" vacuum technology and specialized agitation tools to remove years of built-up grime. We don't just sweep the dust; we extract it completely from your home, leaving your air fresher and your system running more efficiently.

Duct Sealing: Stop Leaking Money

Cleaning is only half the battle. Did you know that the average home loses 20-30% of its conditioned air through leaks, holes, and poorly connected ducts? Our sealing services close these gaps, ensuring that the air you paid to heat or cool actually reaches your rooms instead of escaping into your attic.

Our Comprehensive Cleaning Process

We follow NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards to ensure a thorough job.

  • Video Camera Inspection
  • High-Powered HEPA Vacuum Truck
  • Rotary Brush Agitation
  • Supply & Return Vent Cleaning
  • Blower Motor Cleaning
  • Anti-Microbial Sanitization
  • AeroSeal Duct Sealing
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning Add-on

We help you with dedication & affection

Many "blow-and-go" companies offer cheap prices but do a poor job that can actually damage your flexible ductwork. Our technicians treat your home with care, sealing off registers to prevent dust from entering your rooms during the process and showing you "before and after" video proof of the results.

How often should I have my ducts cleaned?

For the average home, we recommend professional cleaning every 3 to 5 years. However, if you have pets, smokers in the house, or have recently finished a home renovation, you may need it sooner.

Will this make a mess in my house?

No. We use a contained system. We place your ductwork under negative pressure (vacuum) so that when we brush the dust loose, it is immediately sucked into our collection unit outside, not into your living room.

How do I know if my ducts are leaking?

Common signs include high energy bills, rooms that are difficult to heat or cool, excessive dust on furniture shortly after cleaning, and seeing tangled or crushed flexible ducts in your attic.

Does this help with the dryer vent too?

Dryer vent cleaning is a separate service, but we highly recommend doing it at the same time. A clogged dryer vent is a major fire hazard and causes your dryer to work twice as hard.
